Includes:

  • Weekly check-in video calls, up to 60 minutes each

  • Access to industry-leading coaching software and app, which includes exercise video libraries, online training logs, photo food journals, MyFitnessPal integration, progress and habit tracking, and more

  • Custom training program tailored to your specific goals, circumstances, and equipment access, and updated weekly as you progress

  • Full nutritional support including dietary recommendations, custom calorie and macronutrient guidelines, and weekly food journal reviews

  • 24/7 support via email and text messaging

Enrollment in the Online Coaching Program operates on a 4-weekly basis. The rate is $269 for the initial block of 4 weeks, and $229 for each subsequent block of 4 weeks. A 12-week enrollment option is also available for a one-time payment of $679, which is a savings of $48. All prices listed are in US Dollars (USD).


Nutrition counselling Program

  • Custom template of daily meals and snacks, taking into account your schedule and preferred number of meals
